Building and maintaining engineering systems infrastructure for the Microsoft Teams organization. Working on developer productivity tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and internal platform services that support Teams engineers at scale. Incorporating AI tools to streamline and automate engineering workflows.

Created Youws to connect high school students with college counselors who share similar backgrounds. Built tools and web apps for students to navigate the college application process. Recruited founding counselors from UC Berkeley, MIT, UCLA, CMU, and UMich. Designed counseling and coding tutoring programs.

Developed a VS Code extension to visualize active PRs and build statuses to boost developer productivity. Visualized flaky test detection bugs from Azure DevOps, rolled out features based on peer and mentor feedback, and participated in ERG groups (Asians @ Microsoft, Women @ Microsoft).

Served 2 semesters on course staff for CS 61A: Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs. Designed and revised course material, taught discussion sections, and held office hours.

Collected and visualized customer data in Tableau to segment markets by industry, geography, and company type. Created marketing collaterals and presentations from data insights.
