I am a passionate female student studying computer science and data science at UC Berkeley. Technology is an extremely powerful tool, and it's up to hardworking and compassionate people to leverage it for the common good.
Developed VS Code extension to visualize active pull requests (PRs) and build statuses to boost developer productivity. Visualized queried flaky test detection (FTD) Bugs from Azure Devops in Teams vscode extension. Rolled out features in new extension version for developers to try out, implementing enhancements based on feedback from peers and mentors. Implemented engineering processes/tools: PR creation, resolution of comments, approval, and merging. Orchestrated engineering processes/tools: spec creation, coding, exhaustive testing (unit tests, manual end-to-end testing), and debugging. Engaged in ERG groups (Asians @ Microsoft, Women @ Microsoft), attending events to experience diverse perspectives, while also leading Diversity and Inclusion discussions within the Intern Cohort.
Created Youws to help high school students get into their dream colleges by pairing them with a counselor who shares a similar background and currently attends their targeted school. Utilize concepts like website development, market research, competitive analysis, and agile development. Recruited a panel of founding counselors from top universities including UC Berkeley, MIT, UCLA, CMU, and UMich. Designed college counseling and coding tutoring programs and counseled high school students applying for top CS/engineering programs
Worked 2 semesters of course staff for CS 61A: Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs. Designed and revised course material as well as taught multiple sections as well as held office hours for students.
Collected and compiled customer data in order to categorize customers into different market segments based on industry types, geo locations, and company types. Visualized customer data in data analytics software Tableau, using Excel Spreadsheets, Database, and Custom Scripts. Utilized collected data to create marketing collaterals and presentations

Besides coding, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Outside of work and school work, I like to dance- I recently directed a team of 60 dancers! I play intramural volleyball at UC Berkeley. Some of the video games I have been playing online with friends have been Valorant, Overcooked, Minecraft, and Terraria.
Whenever alone, I enjoy watching a wide variety of movies ranging from action to romcoms. Every now and then, I enjoy picking up a new book. Recently, I've been liking Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari. I love anything hands-on from knitting and sewing to jewelry making.
